Another Mountain Climbed

First let me say, Sue Shafer if you are reading this I am starting my diet on Sunday!

I have eaten tomato gravy and biscuits at my brother-law Bob Garrison home many times. But I have never made it at my home for myself or anyone else. I do make sausage gravy a few times a year and that seems to go over good.(at least it is all eaten). Last year I promised my son-law Doug that I would make some tomato gravy and biscuits while we were in the mountains. I never did, just made the sausage gravy. The other day I told Doug I was going to make it this year, he reminded me, "that is what you said last year". So.... I thought I better make a run at it to see if I could make it.

You see the total operation, chef Gene at his best.(eating) As I was cooking my sweet bride told me I better add some water, which I did. Thank goodness for having a real cook around to supervise. As you can see by the results and the clean dish I liked it. But the real test will be when Doug eats it (if he will). He has eaten Bob Garrison's and he makes it the best, tough competition for me!

Breakfast is over now, my belly is full.......where is the couch?

I hope you enjoyed this Blog today. If you did, say a little prayer that I live through the gravy to write another day!

Have a Blessed day and be Blessed!
