There is nothing like being on the lake at Sun down, it is so easy to see Gods handy work. There pictures are all at Clydes Canal right next to Lake Okeechobee.
This was the second night out on the canal.
These two guys are retired Fire Fighters who I worked with. Left to right Joe Rogers and Bubba Thompson. Wayne Lang was also there in another boat fishing with Capt Wayne Johnson (Joe's son-law) As you can see in the back ground the moon is coming up.

Next morning, bass fishing is fun but work, but it is fun work...
Bubba caught this 20 inch bass and won the prize for the week.
It had to be measured as this is serious stuff for old guys. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this past week end. When we were at the Fire department it was one big family. Most of us have remained very good friends for years, after all I have been retired for 20 years now. I can tell you that fishermen tell lies but lies by retired FF are really stretched to no end. I laughed so hard this past week end I think I have been disabled....
