Great Week
Pat, Harriet,Gary and I went down to Bonita Springs Beach to visit some friends this week. Dick Dodge and his wife Betty have a condo in that area. Dick went to school with us and lives in Maryland, soon to be a resident back in the Bradenton area. We enjoyed a nice visited with them at their condo after lunch. Yes lunch, that's what old folks do, eat, eat and then rest. We ate at a nice restaurant on the water called CoconutJacks, the food was great. We arrived back in Bradenton just in time for me to take a short nap and go to a 6 PM meeting. Then I hurried over to Manatee HS to meet them for Manatee's Lacrosse teams debut at home.(my grandson (Tyler) plays on the team. As you can see by the billboard they won..... On Tuesday Pat and I went fishing out in the bay. We knew it was going to be windy but they failed to correctly say when. It started blowing much earlier then was predicted. The win was out of the southeast so that kept the incoming tide from coming in. What a ...
