Spent most of the day trying to figure out what to do with the back porch and door. This is what I am planning to do at this time. I have an appointment with FP&L to do an attic survey of the porch(in closed). They will give me a certificate for a discount for insulation to be blown in to the attic space in the room.
I am going to hire a man to replace my old door and make some changes there. I am going to change the swing and build up the thresh hole two inches. Then make a new and better seal around the wall and door. This should solve my leak problem. I would never have done that with the tree still there as it would continue to lift the slab into the door.

Hey, just getting caught up with reading. I think you should build a super nice, big brick patio out there, put some nice outdoor furniture, then put an awning off the house to cover the patio. That should give shade into the sunroom as well. I would love to have a patio here at our house, that's a "one day" project.
