Class Of 1957 "54 Years"!

Wow what a class reunion that was held this week end. I believe everything went as it was planned. Our celebration started on Friday after noon as we all met for lunch at The Seafood Shack. (25)

Our next outing was for breakfast on the beach at The Gulf Drive Cafe. It was a beautiful morning and we just had a ball. As you can see we took a group picture after we filled our bellies. We had about 30 people for breakfast it was really great.

That evening we all met at the Bradenton Country Club for supper. We did not have a program planned but it was a great night. You could feel all of the love in that room. I am totally convinced that there is not another group that shows as much love towards each other as we do. It was such a pleasure to see Mrs. Parrish, Oliver and Silver we are so lucky to still have those friends still with us. George Cajoleas and Bill Aldridge were both in attendance. These are two friends that we all have been praying for and will continue to pray for....God Bless both of them. I dedicate this Bible verse to them both. “As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.” (Ecclesiastes 11:5 )

I have taken so many pictures that I am going to try and put it on a slide show. You may have to click on it twice to make the picture bigger. Should you want a specific picture or pictures sent to you in a jpeg format I will try. Please give me a real good description and please give me your email address (DUH). Gene Page will be sending me pictures that he took also. I will add them to the slide show about the first of June so come back for another look.

GOD BLESS all of you may the Lord keep the wind beneath your wings and send you back next year for our 55th.

'For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God' (I Peter 3:18). Jesus paid the price for your sin. The apostle Paul said, 'the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me' (Galatians 2:20).
