Fews days with of doing's!

Wednesday night Pat and I went to the only Pittsburgh night came scheduled this year. After the game they had a beautiful fire works display. Those who did not stay really missed a nice ending to another Pittsburgh loss. They were beaten by Baltimore 4-3, but it was close , ha. Pittsburgh has so many new players that no one can remember their names. maybe they will do real good this year as the expectation is not great.

Last night we were all split and going different direction. Luke had a baseball game, Tyler had football practice and Pat had a church meeting and I had a club meeting. Here is how it all went down. I watched a few minutes of the baseball game (Luke got hit in the nose and bloodied it) and then I took Tyler to Practice. I left for my meeting after that and Pat stayed until Luke got up to bat. At that exact time the sky opened up and everyone got soaked. Not much of a game nor practice for the kids. My meeting was dry and I got home in time to watch my Gators beat Auburn in the SEC playoffs. Pat got home from her meeting to see some of the last half of the game. She told me that she had gotten soaked and had to come home and change cloths prior to going to her meeting. Tonight the Gators will play in the 2nd round as they play Miss St at 7:30.

Remember the house that cars kept running into after running a stop sign? I took this picture as I drove by the other day, as you can see we have a stop there now. These are sold concrete PVC pipes. The ones on the left and right are placed in a concrete vault with the middle one solid but can be pulled out. The man has a boat so we wanted him to be able to come and go. The next person who runs the stop sign will have a surprise after they wake up from this stop.
Have a Blessed day and be Blessed!
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.” (2 Peter 1:4)

When will they stop falling?

These are some of the leaves that are left to be raked and bagged. Pat work several hours Sunday afternoon to clean the yard up. I blew them up in piles and she raked and bagged them.

As you can see the berm is also just full of the leaves. We will get them out also and then put some new mulch in for the summer.

This is the side yard where I blew a bunch up and we will get them up later. It just seems as though they fall faster than we can rake them up.

This the final product of what we got out of the yard, but we are not done yet. We have more to get and by the time we are done it will have rained leaves again. But it will be nice this summer again when we have the shade to protect us from the hot sun.

Sunday was not all work for me. I watched the gators get beaten by Ky in Basketball (whats new?). I watched them beat Miami in baseball, so all was not lost.

have a Blessed day and be Blessed.

“[The God of All Comfort] Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)
